Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Moves mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Moves is a social coordination platform that helps you organize activities with people you already know and their immediate connections. The Service uses intelligent algorithms to coordinate group activities among friends based on shared interests, availability, and preferences.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration (first name and phone number required)
• Maintain the security of your account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to create and share various types of content ("User Content"), including activity proposals ("moves"), profile information, photos, group messages, and responses to activities. By posting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant us a license to use, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Service
• Represent that you have the right to share such content
• Acknowledge that User Content will be visible to your friends and their connections within the Service
• Understand that activity responses and group participation may be processed by our coordination algorithms

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Safety and Conduct

• Use good judgment when participating in group activities
• Trust your instincts and report inappropriate behavior

• Be honest about your availability and constraints when responding to activities

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moves and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moves is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
