End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Moves ("Company") regarding your use of the Moves mobile application ("App").

User-Generated Content Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy

The Company maintains a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, sharing, or distributing content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Includes nudity, sexual content, or inappropriate material
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful behavior
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, misleading information, or malicious code
• Targets minors inappropriately

User Responsibilities

By using this App, you agree to:

• Report objectionable content immediately through in-app reporting features
• Comply with all community guidelines and terms of service
• Accept full responsibility for all content you create or share
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct

Content Moderation

The Company reserves the right to:

• Remove any content without prior notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary
• Monitor user-generated content for compliance

Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in:

• First offense: Warning and content removal
• Repeated offenses: Account suspension
• Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban

Agreement to Terms

BY USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR.

Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates to this Agreement.
